Our heritage pork (from Tamworth, Hereford, Berkshire, Duroc, and Yorkshire cross pigs) is renowned for its rich flavour and delectable marbling. When you eat pork from Evermeadow you know that you are enjoying meat from an animal that has lived a wonderful life, able to express their instincts to romp, run, range, and root. Our pigs are raised in a rotational pasture and forest based system, where their primary job is to help us convert old cash crop land into resilient perennial grass pastures.
