This is the package for you if you are looking for a premium eating experience while staying on a bit of a tighter budget.
Included ~20lbs of pork:
A premium eating experience, our pork comes from heritage and rare breed pigs (Berkshire, Tamworth, Hereford) raised with the highest standards of animal welfare and ecological land management. Our pigs roam the pastures foraging for roots and grazing forbs and grasses, free to express their instincts to run, root, and play. We manage their impact on the land as part of our multi-species rotational grazing system. Their presence in this systems helps revitalize the degraded old-field landscapes we are working with here at Evermeadow Farm.
Included ~20lbs of pork:
- ~3lb Picnic shoulder roast or chops (your choice)
- ~4lb spare ribs and riblets
- ~3lb sausages
- ~3lbs Smoked pork hock
- ~5lbs Smoked ham steaks
- Your choice of offal (liver, heart, fat)
