Pork Ears

Pork ears are sold as two per bag. Perfect for grilling, frying or braising. 

A premium eating experience, our pork comes from heritage and rare breed pigs (Berkshire, Tamworth, Hereford) raised with the highest standards of animal welfare and ecological land management. Our pigs roam the pastures foraging for roots and grazing forbs and grasses, free to express their instincts to run, root, and play. We manage their impact on the land as part of our multi-species rotational grazing system. Their presence in this systems helps revitalize the degraded old-field landscapes we are working with here at Evermeadow Farm.
