One whole stewing hen, perfect for soup stock or classic chicken noodle soup. Pasture raised in Northumberland, Ontario. 

Over the years we've perfected our chicken production system further- the chickens enjoy ample space to roam and forage for bugs and grass, making their meat richly flavourful, all while fertilizing our pastures for abundant grass growth.
