Lamb Stewing Chunks

One pound of stewing chunks. Lamb from Katahdin sheep raised exclusively on pasture as part of our ecological land management and regenerative food production system. Katahdin meat is known to be milder (less "gamey") in flavour than some lamb, though it still possess a rich and smooth grass-finished flavour.
