2x lamb shoulder chops.* Lamb from Katahdin sheep raised exclusively on pasture as part of our ecological land management and regenerative food production system. Katahdin meat is known to be milder (less "gamey") in flavour than some lamb, though it still possess a rich and smooth grass-finished flavour. Final price determined at pickup/delivery when we will either refund any excess paid or charge for the difference if the package is larger than the list price.
