Half Chicken

Half a chicken, cut down the middle: 1 thigh, wing, breast, drumstick. Approximately 2.5lbs. Our chickens are fed certified organic feed and raised on pasture where they forage for bugs and plants and express their natural chicken instincts. The resulting meat is, moist, tender and delicious! Note - the final price of our half chickens may vary according to weight - we will reconcile any differences upon pickup.
