Chicken Backs

4 chicken backs, sometimes know as carcasses.  The perfect thing for stock and soup, there is still a good amount of delectable meat on these underrated beauties after the main cuts have been removed.  

Our pasture raised chicken has been raved about by customers, chefs, and local foodies since our first birds were harvested back in 2020.  Over the years we've perfected our chicken production system further- the chickens enjoy ample space to roam and forage for bugs and grass, making their meat richly flavourful, all while fertilizing our pastures for abundant grass growth.
