Our second group of 2024 grass-fed and finished lamb will be harvested in early December. A $50 deposit will reserve your order. We expect a 1/2 lambs' finished cut and wrapped weight to be approximately 20lb. The price is a flat rate of $19/lb for all cuts. This means you can expect to pay about $380 for your half lamb package. Once you have completed your order, we will be in touch to finalize your cut selections. A half lamb includes: -Loin, your choice of chops or roast, or both -Ribs - rack, frenched rack, riblets, or rib roast -Leg - in steaks, roasts, or any combination -Shanks -Ground lamb -Shoulder in your choice of chops or roasts -Stewing lamb
